Turning Challenges into Opportunities
At the start of 2024, we faced a period of career transition in Canada. Instead of waiting for opportunities to come to us, we chose to take control of our future and build something meaningful with our expertise. That’s when we decided to create CA Hub.
We saw so many talented professionals from Hong Kong facing similar struggles—finding work, dealing with contractor agreements, and figuring out business registration. With my 20+ years of experience in corporate services and Ray’s 20+ years in IT, we realized we could turn our expertise into a solution. That’s how CA Hub was born—not just as a company, but as a platform to help others navigate professional transitions with clarity and confidence.

I’m June, a governance and corporate services specialist with over 20 years of experience helping businesses establish and thrive. I have always believed in the power of resilience and taking the first step into the unknown—something that has defined my journey as an entrepreneur.
Ray Kwong
Co-Founder and Managing Director
My husband, Ray, is not just my life partner but also my partner in business. With over 20 years of experience in IT, he has built a career solving complex problems and helping businesses leverage technology to grow. His personal journey has given him a unique perspective on perseverance and adaptability—values that now fuel CA Hub’s mission.
Together, we bring a unique combination of expertise to CA Hub, blending governance, corporate services, and IT knowledge to create a platform that truly supports professionals in their entrepreneurial journey.
The "Open Cow" Spirit – A Lifetime of Pioneering
Starting from scratch is nothing new to us. I have been what we call a “Open Cow” (開荒牛) — a pioneer in building businesses—three times in my life.
In 2005, I was part of the foundation of a CPA firm, helping establish its operations and services.
In 2019, I played a key role in launching a corporate service firm, navigating complex business structures and regulatory frameworks.
And now, in 2024, I am once again an “Open Cow” (開荒牛), this time for CA Hub, building a business not just for success, but for purpose—supporting my husband and creating a service that genuinely helps others.
